Refund & Returns

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, email photos to support@thefusionfab.in within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it. Order cancellations are accepted before production begins.
